We are a law firm located in Mexico City formed by attorneys trained both in Mexico and abroad, practicing solely in the field of Mexican intellectual property law.
Our services include providing opinions on all aspects of Mexican intellectual property law. For example counterfeiting; pirating and unlawful duplication of computer software before administrative and appeal courts; obtaining patents; registering trademarks and copyrights in Mexico and abroad, and making the necessary renewals. Furthermore, we prepare and review franchise and licensing agreements between foreign and Mexican parties while ensuring compliance with Mexican law.
